REFUNDS AND RETURNS
What is our return policy?
There are no returns on original artworks unless you receive the wrong artwork or if it is defective in any way. In that case we will refund you the full cost of the product plus the return shipping fee if you contact us within 20 days of purchase. We will not issue refunds for a change of heart.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
If the wrong artwork was sent to you or is defective in any way, we will fully refund the cost of the artwork and shipping.
PAYMENTS
Do we charge sales tax?
If you live in Australia you will be charged 10% GST on purchases. All international purchases are tax-free
What currency is our store in?
All prices are in US dollars but we accept all credit and debit cards which will be converted to your local currency by the payment gateways (Stripe).

Do you offer free shipping?
If you're in Australia shipping is free!
When will my artwork ship?
We ship artworks every Friday and will contact you with a tracking number when your artwork is on it's way!
What shipping method do we use?
We use Australia Post's Standard delivery service.
What are the approximate delivery times?
Currently there can be some delays with postage due to lockdowns and COVID, but as a general guide:
Australia: 3 - 6 business days
New Zealand: 7 - 12 business days
US: 10 - 15 business days
Canada: 10 - 15 business days
UK: 10 - 18 business days
Rest of the world: 9 - 25 business days
Do we offer local pickup?
If you're in Perth, Western Australia, you are welcome to arrange a local pickup. Contact us to arrange this.
Can I check my order status?
Yes! Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with order information and tracking.
Who is responsible for import taxes, custom fees for my international order?
You are responsible for all import taxes or other customs related fees your country requires.
